Mr. Whatley's Class

Before you read: I am not above the class rules just like the President is not above the law. PLEASE hold me to the exact same standards.

Class Rules

Be Prompt: Go from one class to the next. Be in the room when the bell rings. If not in class before the bell rings, you MUST get a pass from the Attendance Office.

Be Prepared: Have your homework completed ON TIME (this includes studying). Bring all materials to class (ex. charged Chromebook, pencils, paper, and something to keep your papers organized).

Be Productive: Participate in Class. Ask questions. Add to class discussions.

Be Positive: Have a can-do attitude! No negativity, no complaining. 

Be Focused: Focus your time and energy on things that you can control. Stay on topic. ZERO PHONE USE DURING CLASS TIME! Use Chromebooks for school-related activities.

Be Polite: Raise your hand to speak during class. LISTEN when the TEACHER & OTHER STUDENTS are speaking. (So whatever you wish that others would do to you, do also to them.)

Be Respectful: Take care of school materials. Clean up after yourself! 

Be Your Best: Always give your best effort! Each and every student has a bright mind and can achieve GREAT THINGS!

TRHS Grading Policy

All grades for your student will be posted within seven (7) calendar days from the date the assignment/assessment is collected. Major projects and lengthy term papers will have grades posted within fourteen (14) calendar days of collecting the assignment.
