Hello! I'm thrilled to serve as an Instructional Coach here at Fountain Inn High School. My journey in education began at Clemson University, where I earned my Bachelor's degree in 2011 and followed up with a Master's degree in 2014. Go Tigers!
My classroom experience is diverse, spanning multiple subjects and schools. I started my career teaching Chemistry and Physics and coaching JV Girls Soccer at Seneca High School for two years. Following that, I moved to Clinton High School, where I taught Environmental Science, founded the Engineering program, coached Varsity Boys Soccer, and had the incredible experience of founding and coaching the state-championship-winning Red Devil Robotics team. Before stepping into my current role at FIHS, I had the pleasure of being a founding member of the school - teaching Science, Engineering, and Freshman Success alongside many of you.
I am a passionate believer in the power of student-centered learning, focusing on creating engaging and relevant experiences for all learners. As your Instructional Coach, I aim to support you in implementing effective strategies and fostering innovative classroom environments.
Outside of school, I enjoy spending time with my wife, Jocelyn, and our dog, Charles Barkley. I love being outdoors, traveling, playing and watching sports, and tinkering on projects in my garage workshop. I look forward to collaborating with each of you!

Hello everyone! I am so excited to be joining the Fountain Inn team this year as an Instructional Coach. I am a graduate of Greenville County Schools (Blue Ridge High School) and started my education journey with a Bachelors in Biology in 2013, a Masters in Education in 2016, and a Masters of Business Administration in 2017 from North Greenville University.
I have spent the past 10 years teaching 6th and 7th Grade Science at Ralph Chandler Middle School and am a big believer in hands-on lessons and activities and experiences that are relevant to students' and their learning. As an Instructional Coach, my goal is to support teachers with personalized support that promotes a culture of collaboration and high expectations.
Outside of school, I enjoy spending time with friends, family, and my dog Eren. I love traveling to new places, trying new restaurants and foods, reading, baking, and playing video games. I also enjoy watching the Atlanta Braves and Newcastle United. I look forward to getting to know everyone INN the 44!
