The student must complete a Student Transcript / Records Request form and submit directly to the school with payment. Payment can be made using a money order made payable to Hillcrest High School, cash, or through MySchoolBucks (external link)*. We do not accept personal checks.

Log in to Schoolinks through your student backpack and utilize the College Applications function under the College tab on the left. Make sure to fill out your FERPA Waiver and link your Common App account if you're applying that way.
Stop by the Counseling office or See our Seniors Tab for specific step by step instructions on how to download your own transcript, link your Common App account, or request us to send your transcript. Or as always, reach out to your counselor if you're unsure!
We do not handle high school/GED diploma verifications. To get a replacement diploma, you must contact The South Carolina Department of Education at 803-734-8347 or visit the South Carolina Department of Education website.
