Teacher Art education instructor for K5 – 5th Grades. Create innovative and stimulating lesson plans for students to engage and excite them in the field of art and its everyday applications in life. Strive to incorporate other disciplines and key state curriculum points in every lesson plan presented while challenging their knowledge and abilities to show them that “Everything we do is art!” Oversee production of the school’s yearbook.

Teacher Hired as art education teacher for elementary and middle school grades at new charter school.

Marketing and Graphic Design Develop images to enhance clients’ business and help define who they are. Work with clients from brainstorming sessions through proofing and receiving the end product from print house. Services include illustrating, direct mail pieces, brochures, logo and media kit design, desktop publishing, PowerPoint and Word templates, web design, and video projects.

Videography/Graphics (Fall/Winter 2001) Worked as a contractor for

the BI-LO Center’s in-house video production. Duties included video graphics

and slow motion playback.

Producer, Charter Channel Created local Photo Classified Channel design layout

and show segments. Responsible for sales production materials, creation of self-promotion advertising campaigns, and technical troubleshooting. Worked with realtors and auto dealers to showcase current inventory via channel’s programming. Electronically scheduled and uploaded shows daily. Designed on-air graphics for locally- and regionally-aired (CSS) high school football games and live-to-tape special events.

Producer/Videographer Worked with clients to increase their business activity by

providing consultation, scripting, story boarding, shooting, post-production, and

editing for quality spots. Obtained talent for spots and coordinated shoots.

Production Assistant Provided Account Executives with services to fulfill client needs. Responsibilities included titling, 3D animations, dubs on demand, location shoots, A-B roll editing, and tagging.

Sept. 1992 – Sept. 1993 · Center for Assistive Technology

Industrial Video Production Responsibilities included the upkeep of all systems, patching, scripting, video titling, location shoots, and production of long-form finished videos. Created all 3D animations used in the Center’s videos and designed covers and packaging.

Assistant to artist Peer Bode and to the Foundation Staff at Alfred University.

Responsibilities included organization, schedules, upkeep of video hardware, and studio

equipment.
