About Me

My name is Greg Torbert. This is my fourth year at Riverside Middle School and my 26th year as a teacher. 

I earned my Bachelor's Degree from Shorter College (now Shorter University) in Rome, Georgia and my Master's Degree from the University of Phoenix. I have taught 2nd through 10th grade in Georgia, Alabama, Florida, Mississippi, and South Carolina, and have discovered that middle school is my favorite. 

I enjoy reading, court shows, and walking the mall.

I have a fur baby named Henry. He is a Coton de Tulear.
