Chromebook will not charge

If your Chromebook is not charging, check the following...

1. Check to make sure the outlet you are plugged in to is functioning.  Try plugging in something else to see if the outlet works

2. Is the red light on next to your charging port?  If yes, your Chromebook is charging.  If it is not on, try the charging port on the opposite side of your Chromebook (each Chromebook has two charging ports).

3. Check to see if your charger is put together correctly.

4. Try doing a hard reset on your Chromebook - follow these steps

5. If your Chromebook still doesn't charge, please bring it to Mrs. Grizzle in the Media Center during Chromebook hours.
