Students should report missing or lost Chromebooks/charger to the Media Center IMMEDIATELY!!!
You only have 14 days from the day of loss to report the lost/stolen Chromebook. Failure to report within this time frame could result in the student having to pay to replace the Chromebook. A lost or stolen Chromebook can be reported to the Media Center ANYTIME!!!
You will have to fill out a Missing Chromebook Form. You will have to get signatures from all of your teachers stating you have looked for the Chromebook in each class as well as get a parent signature.
You will be issued another Chromebook after review of your case by your grade level administrator and the School Resource Officer.
If a student loses his or her charger or wishes to buy an additional charger for the Chromebook, the Media Center has these available for purchase for $32. These cannot be charged onto the student's list of fees and must be paid in full at the time of purchase.
