All About Me!

My name is Sydney Hampston and I am so excited to be teaching 4th grade at AJ! I am enthusiastic about beginning the school year as a first-year teacher and eager to contribute to student growth and learning. I graduated this past May from Clemson University with a degree in Elementary Education and a minor in American Sign Language Studies (Go Tigers🐯). I am originally from Hershey, Pennsylvania, but moved to the South for college. I have really loved living here and I don't plan on leaving anytime soon!

• I am an avid reader, I have read over 45 books each year for the past 5 years.

• My favorite sweet treat is chocolate or ice cream (I can't pick).
