My family is from Mexico. I've been happily married to my wife Maty and father to our son Mateo who is 2 years old. I belong to the BRHS Class of '07, and hope to see my son also graduate as a Tiger in the far future.

Spanish is my first language but, I've also earned a Spanish degree from Furman University. I had the opportunity to study at the Pontificia Universidad Catolica in Chile South America and acquired a teaching degree from the University of South Carolina.

My favorite thing to do is spend time with my family on the weekends. I also enjoy playing and watching soccer. I'm looking forward to USA, Mexico and Canada hosting the FIFA World Cup this year.
