My name is Jorge J. Flores and this will be my 2nd year teaching at BRHS. This will also be my 5th year teaching in Greenville County.

I'm originally from Morelia, Mexico. I've been happily married for almost two years with my wife Marisela. Nearly six months ago we welcomed our son Mateo to this world. I belong to the BRHS Class of '07, and hope to see my son also graduate as a Tiger in the far future.

I grew up speaking Spanish as my first language but earned a Spanish degree from Furman University. I had the opportunity to study abroad in Santiango, Chile and acquired a teaching degree from the University of South Carolina.Â

My favorite thing to do is spending time with my family over the Summer. It's the only time I can see them in person. I also enjoy sports specially soccer. I'm looking forward to the USA hosting the FIFA World Cup in 2026.
