Mrs. Martin

Hello! My name is Mrs. Martin and I am SO excited to be your child's teacher this year! This will be my eleventh year teaching with Greenville County Schools and my second year teaching at Monarch. This will be my second year in first grade! I previously taught kindergarten for nine years.

I grew up in Walhalla, SC and attended Clemson University for my undergraduate degree. I received a BA in Sociology with a minor in Education in 2012. After graduating from Clemson, I went on to earn my Masters in Education from the University of Phoenix as well as my Early Childhood Certification from Furman University. 

After graduating, I moved to Greenville, SC with my now husband (Bryce) and we have been here ever since! I have two little boys, Miles (7) and Mac (3). We now live in the Five Forks area and we absolutely love this community! As a family we enjoy traveling, spending time on the lake (Lake Keowee), going to Clemson football games (Go Tigers!) and exploring all Greenville has to offer.
