Performance Opportunities at the FAC

Performing in concerts and attending live performances to observe professional musicians are important aspects to a young musician's development. The string students are fortunate to have the opportunity to perform for guest artists and attend live performances throughout the school year.  Required concerts are listed under Calendar of Events . 

Students are also encouraged to attend as many live concerts in the community as possible. The Greenville Symphony often has internationally recognized soloists fand offers discounted student tickets.  The Peace Center and The Sigal Music Museum also offers a variety of  performances throughout the year.  Additionally, every summer the FAC sponsors a Chamber Music Recital Series that also offers student tickets.
