Check out the coaching cycle options available for you:
Noticing and Naming: We will focus on how students demonstrate their current thinking of the Learning Target.
Thinking Aloud: We share our thinking with one another during the lesson or between small group instruction, so we can collaborate about ideas and share things we observe.
Teaching in Tandem: We co-deliver a lesson together.
Co-Conferring: We sit side-by-side with meeting with a student or small group. In doing so, we can create a shared understanding of how students are doing. This will help guide our next lesson or instructional decisions.
You Pick Four: You will pick four students for me to pay special attention to in order to collect evidence on their learning. Together we will look at the data and use it to plan accordingly.
Micro Modeling: A portion of the lesson will be modeled based on your wants and goals.
