Welcome! A little bit about me...this is my eleventh year teaching in Greenville County and my eighth year at Eastside!  I graduated from Eastside High School and the Fine Arts Center in 2009. I attended Appalachian State University for six years and earned a bachelor's degree in Viola Performance, a bachelor's degree in Music Education, and a master's degree in Viola Performance. Before becoming a teacher I played viola in the Western Piedmont Symphony in Hickory, NC and in the Johnson City Symphony Orchestra in Johnson City, TN. I now play violin and viola with the Hendersonville Symphony Orchestra and Brevard Philharmonic.  I also perform at many weddings and formal events in my (rare) free time! I have two fluffy dogs that take up my extra time at home.

I love being involved at Eastside in as many ways as possible. I am the current advisor for the Tri-M Music Honor Society and Eastside Student Government. I love working with students in many different ways and getting to know them through their various passions. Eastside is an amazing place to be and the community is unmatched!
