MGT: 101

This course is a study of management theories, emphasizing the management functions of planning, decision-making, organizing, leading and controlling. Emphasis is also placed on the study of time management. 

We will explore a fresh perspective on the art of leading and discuss experiences that allow students to walk away with the keys to exceptional leadership. We review trends and management techniques that will make you a truly outstanding leader, not just a manager.
