Class Overview

Throughout the semester we will be creating art in the following media: drawing, acrylic painting, watercolor, sculpture, printmaking, and mixed media. Students will also study art history and culture and learn to describe and analyze art using correct vocabulary.

Grading is done on a 10 point scale using a rubric scoring 4-5 assignment criteria. See below for an example of one of my grading rubrics.
