 Here’s how:

 Each 9 weeks you may earn up to 5 points to add to the quiz or minor assessment of your choice.

 There are several ways to earn points:

Articles: 

Bring in a printed article pertaining to any of the Spanish-speaking countries.  (Current event, human interest, etc.) (Max. 1 pt. per item)  Give class or the teacher a short summary of the article.

Artifacts:

 Bring in any item (that you can leave here) or a printed photo of any item you find, buy, see around town, etc. (Max. 1 pt. per item) Show item to class, explain what it is, where from, etc.

Events:

Attend an event related to the Hispanic community and bring evidence of your presence back to school. (Max. 5 pts.)

Fast Finishers: 

Complete a response to one of these Fast Finisher topics.   (3pts-5pts) Use this document: Extra Credit Response Document

Google Doodles: 

Research the topic of any Google Doodle that is related to Spain, Latin America, etc.  Share what you discover with the class. (Up to 3 points.)
