Class Expectations

Class requirements

School Regulations, Classroom Policy apply in all Google Meets.

Students will observe the rules and regulations as stated in the student agendas . Students need to be in attendance for everyday Google Meets.

Students need to sign into attendance immediately as they enter the day's Google Meet.

Assignment will be posted and are expected to be turned by the end of the day - deadline is midnight.

Students are required to complete all vocabulary for all the sections of the unit being worked on, the list will be provided in assignments and students are to turn in the completed, defined vocabulary for grade.

Tests and Grades

Students will be given 3 days notice of test. However, students should be mindful that as a chapter or unit is being finished that a test on content will be approaching.

District Policy is that: minor assessments count 50% per quarter; major assessments count 50% per quarter.

Report Cards are:

1st Quarter October 20

2nd Quarter January 19

3rd Quarter March 30

4th Quarter Mailed out to students after June 2

We will be using Discovery Education Techbooks - students can sign in with Google - no special password is required.

Absences and Tardy - notes should be emailed to teacher or attendance for record to b complete.

Students must make up missed assignments. It is the student's responsibility to make arrangements with the teacher for missed work and for completing assignments and tests.

*Bring your homework and all necessary materials to class.

BE POLITE, be courteous, be appropriate.

Respect the teacher, the school, fellow classmates, yourself and your possessions.

Google Classroom Meet Expectations: It is an expectation that all students exhibit good citizenship at all times.
