About Me

My name is Steven Mazurek, born in New York and moved to the Upstate in 2006.  I have been working in the Culinary Industry for over 20 years.  After graduating in from the State University of New York at Cobleskill, we moved down to the Upstate.  I am looking forward to sharing my love and expertise of food!!
