About me: I'm 45 years old contentedly single no kids except the students I teach. I have 3 nieces and a nephew that I love very much and I'm also a licensed Mortician we own funeral homes in 2 locations "The Gilmore Mortuary" in Greer and Gaffney, SC. I attended Greer High School where in 1994, I played a key role in leading our team to our 2nd (15-0) State Championship in football the other being in 1989. I was selected to the 1996 Shrine Bowl Game and earned a full football scholarship to Liberty University in Lynchburg.VA. I later transferred closer to home to South Carolina State University on a full football scholarship and played there 3 years before graduating with a B.S. in Physical Education. After graduation I came back to Greer to help my younger brother Sinclair and the Greer High Yellowjackets capture another State Title in 2003 as an assistant coach. I gave up coaching football after that year to pursue another career in funeral service and I worked as an Autopsy Tech for Spartanburg Regional hospital for a few years after becoming a licensed Mortician. I'm entering my 19th year of teaching and I grateful to God that I get to do what I love to do everyday, and that's is to make a positive and lasting impact on our amazing young men and women.
