How do I know if my student is eligible for services? 

To qualify for RBHS (Rehabilitative Behavioral Health Services), your child must be showing struggles in at least two of these areas:

at school

at home

with friends or social situations

out in the community

This means their behavior or emotions are making it harder for them to do well or function in those places. These struggles help us know that extra support, like RBHS, could really help.

Limits of Confidentiality 

Confidentiality is carefully respected and maintained. The mental health counselor explains to children that there are certain times when confidentiality must be breached: 

• Someone is hurting you

• You want to hurt someone else

• You want to hurt yourself

• You tell us something mandated by law to report

• You give us permission to share information with someone else
