📝 How to Make a Referral

Referrals to the RBHS (Rehabilitative Behavioral Health Services) program 

can only be made by school counselors and administrators (New as of 2026-2027)

📅 Intake Process

A parent or guardian must attend the first appointment and sign required consent forms.

Appointments are held at Blue Middle School 

Plan for the intake to last  45 to 90 minutes.

Bring a Medicaid card if your child has one.

Due to current caseload size, priority is given to students with Medicaid, while services for students without Medicaid are provided as capacity permits.
