CONNECTION PROBLEMS AT HOME

Press this icon, fill in boxes with you username and password.

Set the hours to 6 in the drop-down menu.

Close out of Chrome and re- open.

Should be good to go!

Chromebook stuck? Nothing seems to work?

This should not happen often. The nice thing about Chromebooks is that they work almost all the time.

However, on occasion your Chromebook may freeze up, the screen may may turn black, or the touchpad won't respond. Many Chromebook issues can be resolved with a forced reboot. You can do this by pressing the refresh + power buttons at the same time.

Keyboard not typing correctly

If the keyboard is typing different letters than the ones shown, check the keyboard language. You have probably accidentally changed the keyboard to a language other than US English. Go to settings - keyboard settings - change language. All located in the bottom right corner- Look for the Gear icon.
