Beck READS! encourages our students to explore the books that have been nominated for this year’s South Carolina Junior Book Award. The Beck READS! program runs from August – January every school year. Students earn rewards for reading from the 20 books on the Beck Reads! list.

All Books are located on the the special Beck Reads Book shelf in the front of the Media Center.
Instructions for earning rewards
Once you complete your first book, go to the Media Center to have your picture taken for the wall.
Complete a book review for every book you read. When you reach 3 book you will receive your first reward. Earn rewards at 5 and 10 books.
Read all 20 and readers will get a special bonus reward.
