Dear Parents and Guardians,

It is my pleasure to teach your child this year.  As an English teacher, I am excited to help students build a strong foundation for their futures as I believe that English is the cornerstone of a strong education.  Not only do students enhance their critical thinking abilities in English class, but they also develop many skills, from writing to editing that we all use every day both in the academic and professional worlds.  As an Education instructor with Greenville County School District's Future Teacher Academy, I am excited to provide valuable guidance on the foundation of the teaching profession as well as real-world teaching experiences to help students determine if they would like to pursue teaching as a career. I encourage you to contact me for any reason as parents and teachers both play a crucial role in a child’s success.  I look forward to this year and the opportunities it brings.
