Ms. Odom
Hello! My name is Sarah Odom. This will be my twelfth year teaching, and my first year in 4th grade. Prior to this year, I taught 3rd and 5th grade here at Woodland.
I am originally from Marietta, GA. I came to Greenville to attend Furman University, where I received my B.A. in Elementary Education (2013) and my M.A. in Education (2015) along with the Gifted Talented endorsement. I now live in Greer with my rescue beagle, Molly, and an occasional foster dog. I have an older brother and sister, 3 nieces, and 2 nephews. I am a huge fan of the UGA Bulldogs and Atlanta Falcons, and I love spending time with family and traveling. My most memorable trip was New Zealand, where I spent three weeks during college visiting schools, studying the education system, and going on the occasional adventure (like bungee jumping).
I am so excited to spend the year with your child!
