Troubleshooting tips:


  1. If something is not working right on the iPad (i.e. microphone, sound, camera not working) you should first turn off the iPad by holding down the on/off button at the top of the iPad. When it is shut down, wait a few minutes and use the on/off button to turn it back on.

If shutting it down does not fix the issue, the next step is to run iPad updates. See the instructions below labeled "How to Install iPad Updates".

  1. If something seems to be wrong with a particular app, double tab the Home Button (see pic on left). Here you will see a list of all the apps that are currently running on the iPad. Find the app with the issue, put your finger on it, and swipe up on the app. This will fully close out of the app. Open the app back up and try again.
