General Chromebook Help

If you run into issues with a Chromebook (i.e. microphone, sound, or camera not working) try these troubleshooting tips:

First, try is to restart the Chromebook. Please see instructions below labeled "How to Properly Shut Down a Chromebook".
If a restart does not fix the issue, please try to run updates. To do this, follow the instructions below labeled "Running Updates on a Chromebook".
Lastly, try clearing your cookies and cache. To do this, follow the instructions below labeled "How to Clear Cookies and Cache"
