Physical and Dental Examination Requirements

The Pennsylvania School Law requires all students in Kindergarten and Grade 3 to have a completed dental examination. In addition, students in Kindergarten are required to have a physical examination. Please have your child’s providers complete the appropriate forms and return them to the nurse office as soon as possible.
