Off-grid, green living
Luxury living on the water gives the freedom to move your home to beautiful locations around the world. GLV enables you to take your house with you, in a style of living that brings the traditional comforts of home life.
Totally off-grid and self-sustaining, the GLV technology powers itself from the sun.
Heating, cooling, cooking, refrigeration, and lighting are all powered by the built-in solar and battery system.
GLV even makes its own water from rivers or seawater.
With GLV, you have your own built-in sanitation and waste management systems for a go-anywhere capability for any duration.
GLV brings the possibility of zero fossil fuel usage and living with zero carbon footprint for heating, lighting, cooling, cooking, and waste management. Even making water from seawater, high-speed satellite internet, and the entire floating home can run without a carbon footprint.
Ecologically friendly living with the comforts of a normal home is now a reality.
Imagine living without the need for concerns about utility reliability for power, water, and waste in remote areas or during weather events.
GLV has a massive roof-top solar array combined with a modern Lithium Ferrous Phosphate (LFP) battery bank. With this technology, GLV will operate autonomously, designed for extended periods of self-supporting off-grid living, potentially living indefinitely in remote areas of the world.

Luxury living needs to be safe and comfortable...
GLV is designed for both; with a flat hull shape that is wide and long, the inherent stability almost eliminates the rolling action that traditional boats exhibit, thereby reducing furniture and artifacts sliding around.
GLV is designed to be ultra-safe. Water-tight compartments and doors in the lower deck are designed to sustain damage, and even hull breaches, without endangering the vessel or occupants.
The lower hull is constructed with 1/2" thick aluminum plate, strong internal bracing and a double floor design.
