Shine Down was launched in June 2025.

Specifications:

• GLV-120 is an entirely new concept of off-grid luxury living

• The floating mansion is an energy self-sufficient off-grid vessel

• Her name is "Shine Down" to reinforce the solar-powered foundation of the design

• Shine Down is 120 feet long, with four decks built with all aluminum construction

• With 108 solar panels and over 300 kWh of LFP batteries, the vessel is primarily self-powered

• 170 kW of inverter power for electrical needs, including AC/Heat, cooking, lighting, and water-making

• Conventional living electrical systems make this a home-from-home for anyone wanting independence from the crowds

• She is designed for people seeking the comfort of home, with the ability to get away and provide family security on the water

• When underway, 3 Cummins QSM11 engines, with one engine powering an azimuth bow thruster

• There is a swimming pool on the rear main deck, and it is also solar-powered

• Shine Down has over 5,000 sq feet of living space, 8,000 sq feet overall

• There is a large side-loading garage for a tender and jet skis

• Self-powered by solar for lighting, cooking, cooling, fresh water, and wastewater treatment

• Sun deck with pool at the stern and two forward decks, one fully screened for a bug-free environment

• The Pilothouse is also a party deck on the top deck with 360-degree panoramic views
