We are looking for new or gently used goods that can be passed on to anyone who can use them. All items must be in good working condition. Acceptable donations include:
Clothing & Accessories
Seasonal clothing in good condition
Coats, shoes, belts, purses, hats
Children’s clothing (sorted by size, if possible)
Children's items and toys
Games and toys in working condition
Children’s books in good condition (no mildew or torn pages)
Must be clean and complete (include all pieces/instructions)
Strollers, high chairs, small children's furniture
No recalled items
Household Items
Dishes, utensils, cookware
Small appliances (clean and functional) such as countertop toaster ovens, microwaves, toasters, coffee machines, etc.
Lamps, decor, vases, picture frames
Curtains
Office supplies, school supplies
Unused notebooks, binders, craft supplies,
Unused pens, pencils, crayons, etc.
Linens
Sheets, blankets, towels
All items clean and gently used. No stains or other markings.
Small Furniture
Small pieces (nightstands, chairs, etc.)
Must be sturdy and clean

Electronics
Small electronics only
Must work; include cords/remotes if applicable
Sporting Goods
Adult or chidren's bikes, scooters, etc.
Helmets, balls, skates, cleats, pads, etc.
Outdoor tools and items
Small gardening tools and accessories
NO large equipment such as lawnmowers, etc.
WE ARE UNABLE TO ACCEPT THE FOLLOWING ITEMS:
Electronic items such as CRT TVs or computer monitors, older televisions, VCR or DVD players
DVDs, CDs, VHS
Holiday decorations
Mattresses
Stuffed animals
Large appliances (e.g., refrigerators, ovens)
Car seats or cribs (due to safety regulations)
Underwear, socks, or swimwear (unless new with tags)
Hazardous materials (paint, cleaners, propane tanks)
Encyclopedias or outdated textbooks
Recalled items or items with missing parts

TO HELP OUR VOLUNTEERS:
Please group clothing by approximate age or size (using a labeled bag or label/rubber band)).
Shoes should be rubber banded together or laces tied together.
Sheets should be labeled with size (Twin, Full, Queen, King)
Group items by category: clothing/accessories, toys/games/books, household, linens, furniture, electronics, sporting good
Donations can be dropped off using the drive-through behind the Germantown Bank on Schoolhouse Lane. Volunteers will collect items on most Fridays beginning January 16 through the end of March:
