ON THE DAY

We request that all speakers please dress business casual.

Please wear a top that is compatible with a lavalier microphone. We recommend jackets/blazers with pockets.

If you are doing a Panel, Fireside Chat, or Q+A please keep in mind when planning what to wear that you will be seated on a couch on a raised stage.

Please arrive to the room where your session will be 15 minutes prior to the start to get mic'd up. For Main Stage Sessions, please arrive 20 minutes prior to the start of the first session of the block (e.g. 20 minutes prior to the end of Lunch or the Networking Break).

All speakers will be provided with a lavalier microphone (these are the mics that clip on to your clothing) and a wireless slide advancer.

If you are doing a Panel, Fireside Chat, or Q+A, please seek out and introduce yourself to the moderator/participant(s) on-site ahead of the session if possible.
