To support special events (away game tailgate parties, home game senior and 8th grade band night, band dances (during band camp and spring band dance), percussion ensemble concert.  Committee chair maintains a binder with previous years’ notes including a log to document where orders were from, contacts, pricing for each event.  This binder is passed from chair to chair. 

o   Order/Purchase food.

o   Pick order up

o   Setup, serving, and clean up for all activities

o   Make sure enough volunteers.

o   Turn in all receipts to Treasurer within 30 days of purchase.

-          For band camp dance, order pizza from Hungry Howie’s and pop.

-          Order Senior t-shirts from Ritchies Sporting goods; early September.

-          Tailgate events: Order, Purchase, and pick up food for Opening tailgate, 8th Grade night, and Senior night.

-          For 8th Grade night: Put together a goodie bag prior to the tailgate.  Purchase treats and Sam’s club and other stuff for goodie bag.

-          Distribute t-shirts prior to senior night.  Label and deliver to Mrs. Rach to give out in class.

-          No events.

-          Purchase drinks/deserts based on Band Dance theme and Band Officer request.  Deserts from GFS for something different.

-          Band Dance: Serve during Band Dance

-          May (Percussion Ensemble concert): Order food, drinks, desert for concert.

-          Hungry Howie in Green Home tailgates.

-          Senior night Culvers in North Canton.

-          Sam’s Club for drinks, deserts, snacks.
