Early shift starts at 5pm, ends after 3rd Quarter.

Late Shift starts at 6:30pm, ends after game is over.

Cashier - Stays in front taking orders, handles cash, call back orders to kitchen

Runner - Grabs food and drinks, call back orders to kitchen, assists cashiers. (Students can do this role)

Kitchen Help - Works in back wrapping pizza, hotdogs and burgers. Helps make pretzels, marching tacos and serving Chili.

Cleanup Crew - Helps cleanup at/near end of game, sweep, restock pop, wipe down counters and clean. Take out trash. 

Dishwasher - Comes to help during 4th quarter of game to start washing all the dishes. 

If help is ever full for a game but you would like to still help just show up! We can always use help! You do not need to have a student in the High School to be a part of this wonderful group. Parents of younger students are welcome!

Being in the concessions during game is a great way to meet other parents and contribute to the second biggest fundraiser the band does to support our kids!

The Concession Chair Responsibilities

1) Maintain control of concession stand and gate keys. Make sure concession stand is locked up after use and gate is also closed and locked unless otherwise directed by Sports boosters staff.

2) Shop and maintain concession supplies for games. Ensure concession stand is properly stocked. This includes:

a) Placing Coke order
b) Placing DipNDots order
c) Placing the Pizza Hut Order
d) Maintaining cleaning supplies
e) Maintain plates/forks/spoons .etc
f) Buying all food to support menu. Shop at various businesses for best price (Sams, GFS, Restaurant Depot, Dannemiller, .etc)
g) Ensure concession stand is cleaned and any repairs reported to the sports office.

3) Provide and maintain a way for volunteers to signup and assist at the concession stand for games. Ensure adequate roles are fulfilled (cashiers, kitchen help, runners, cleanup .etc)

4) Maintain receipts and cost related to concession stand and provide that information to Treasurer. 

5) Provide guidance to volunteers and sure concession operates smoothly.

6) Maintain all concession stand form and document and ensure they are stored on booster google drive.

Cashier Responsibilties

1) Take orders from customers/fans. Menu's will be readily available with prices.

2) Call back orders to kitchen that are not readily available (Cheese Burgers, Marching Tacos, .etc)

3) Collect money either through cash payment or credit/debit card. Training on how to use machine will be provided when you work shift.

4) Cashiers should be adults.

Runner Responsibilities

1) Assist cashiers in fulfilling customer orders

2) Assist in keeping coolers stocked with cold drinks

3) Call back orders to kitchen that are not readily available (Cheese Burgers, Marching Tacos, .etc)

4) Runners maybe teenagers/responsible kids who would like to help

Kitchen Responsibilties

1) Cook Hot Dogs -  ensure hot dogs are stocked in both front and back warmers. Boil 16 at a time on stove top. Once done put on buns and wrap in foil. Fill Warmers.

2) Chili Bowls - chili is heated prior to game start and maintained warm in chili bowl. Max 2 bags,  once gone it is out for the night.

3) Marching Tacos - Order slip filled out by cashiers, crush bag of specified chips, add meat if requested directly in bag, add other toppings as requested. Serve with fork.

4) Pretzels - Make sure to put pretzels in toaster oven when warmer up front starts to get low. They take 5 minutes to cook so plan ahead. Make more salted than non salted.

5) Popcorn - Operate machine by putting both oil and corn from bag into top. Once it fully pops dump to bottom and fill bags. This job requires one dedicated person for most of game but job can be rotated between kitchen help as needed.

6) Burgers - Boil in pot, once done keep in warmer. Beef Base used in boiling water for taste.

7) Chicken - Heat and cook in oven, takes 15-20 minutes. Put on bun, wrap in foil and place in warmer on side.

8) Coffee/Hot Chocolate - Made before game, once gone gone for night. Exception for late season games when its cold, Hot water will be constantly heated and once hot chocolate in made it will be transferred to the Cambro for dispersement

Cleanup Responsibilities

1) Assist with shutting down concession stand after game is over.

2) Wipe down counters and sweep floor.

3) Help with cleaning dishes and containers

4) Assist with putting things away in proper storage.

5) Ensure most things are unplugged and turned off. (DipNDots cooler does NOT get shut off or unplugged)
