Digitalizing the material

Using both actors as well as the art work, GSN has experimented in putting together short videos for the peer support groups. This gives the program a new way to take the programming further on digital platforms. At the moment GSN is using a WhatsApp platform with Google Meets but are in conversations to collaborate with a new FinTech application in Somalia for eventual rollout across the continent.

Cultural embodied healing practices

The digital method has allow us to also create resource in different languages highlight different embodied healing practices. We have used the artwork and also actors to make the short videos that are shared in the What'sApp groups but the participants can also forward them on to family and friends.
