Typing Agent provides a personalized learning experience. Students are set up for success with TA's adaptive keyboarding curriculum, which is pinpointed to each student’s individual proficiency level.
To access TA, all users should always use the Typing Agent tile in ClassLink. That will automatically direct you to the correct, GCSD-specific Typing Agent site. It's very important not to use an old bookmark, not to Google "typing agent," etc. Always use ClassLink please.
Students in grades 1-5 should be on Typing Agent at least 10 to 15 minutes twice a week. A more detailed look at the K-8 keyboarding expectations can be found here.
Contact joseph.lombardo@greececsd.org if you're a 9-12 teacher and you're interested in TA for your students.
There are Words Per Minute and Accuracy Targets by grade level, which every student is given in TA by default based on their grade level. As a teacher you can modify these targets on a per-student basis, and adjust the targets for individual students who need those accommodations.
All teachers have access to a Demo Student account, which you can use to experience Typing Agent the same way as your students
