Group A Faciltator

Her expertise in organizational development focuses on strengthening leadership capacity,  emerging leaders, and promoting High-Performing Organizations (HPOs). Her work serves historically marginalized communities and  vulnerable populations, and ensures those impacted are intimately involved in defining the problem and crafting and implementing solutions. Her authentic  facilitation style provides a safe, open, supportive, and challenging environment. 

Group B Facilitator

Amy Moore is an executive coach who specializes in leadership development and helping individuals and teams achieve their goals through a holistic approach – partnerships, sustainable personal and professional practices and targeted goal setting. For the last 20 years her focus has been in southern Africa where she is a professional associate of the leading African business school, GIBS, and works across the MBA and executive education programmes as a coach, lecturer and content developer.

Maritza Reverón is the President and Founder of The Imaginista Collective, Inc. a certified Minority and Woman-Owned Business Enterprise that works with Fortune 500 companies. Her background blends over 20 years of bringing ideas to life in business settings via strategic communications, brand management, and leadership development.
