Welcome 2023 Fellows!
2023 Fellowship Portal
Free 1 year program (July 2023 - June 2024)
The Fellowship is a multi-component virtual program. The aim of the Fellowship is to increase leadership capacity and support teams to expand the reach and impact of their organization.
Each component is important to reach the full rewards of our Fellowship. Components are: Coaching, Scaling Up curriculum, Peer Networking and Networking Events & Activities.
Overall we expect a 7-10 hour monthly time commitment (between monthly sessions, coaching and implementation).
Exact scheduling information can be found on the Session Links page.
Each Fellow is paired with a leadership coach to provide personalized support, focused on building leadership confidence and capabilities.
Coaches and Fellows meet at least monthly for the full year of the Fellowship. Together you and your coach identify the best challenges to focus on during sessions. Coaches help accelerate the success and growth of Fellow's leadership skills and opportunities.
Coaches provide support:
As a sounding board
With solid decision making

We host a number of virtual events throughout the year where we invite our Fellows to present about their organizations to our network members. This is a wonderful opportunity to spread the work of your organization to a wider audience of potential supporters.
The biggest network event for our Fellows is the Gratitude Network Summit, held in June. This is a virtual event, designed to gather our network members, Fellows, Alumni, supporters, our team and board, donors and more, and highlight the progress Fellows have made with the Scaling Up curriculum, throughout the Fellowship year. Fellows are responsible for presenting the culmination of the Scaling Up work conducted with your leadership team members.
Besides virtual events, we regularly highlight the work of our Fellows via Gratitude Network social media platforms. We will spotlight your organization at some point during the Fellowship year and would appreciate your organization’s partnership and interaction with our posts to generate more views.
