Here's the workout for today!
1. Plank to Push Up - the push up is for those who can and want to challenge themselves. Keep the core engaged by trying to suck your belly button through your spine.
2. 180 Squat Jump - get low into the squat position and then jump while turning 180 degrees. Concentrate on absorbing the landing with soft feet.
3. Curtsy Squat - Work on maintaining good balance as you squat with a rotation of your torso. Again, focus on engaging your core.
Repetitions = Age
