About Me

Hello! My name is Diana O'Brien.  

I am currently a Speech Language Pathologist with Granite School District. I have my Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education from the University of Utah. I have my Masters Degrees in Clinical Speech Language Pathology and also a Masters of Education in Special Education with an emphasis in Positive Behavior Support from Northern Arizona University.  I have worked with children all my life starting with daycare during high school and college to working in a kindergarten and 1st grade classrooms. I have been working with kids with speech deficits for the past 12 years as a paraprofession and then as a certified Speech Language Pathologist!

I have 2 dogs. One named Bella and one named Izzy who I love. They are my fur babies. Bella's definitely a mamma's girl. She does not like strangers or even my family members that weren't there the day of her adoption. She has a little tongue that sticks out sometimes. It's the funniest thing.  Izzy was just adopted a few months ago and has been an exciting adventure for our little family.

2 Years ago, I married my best friend! We have such fun adventures together. We love to travel and have been on a few cruises together! We love going out to eat, exploring new things together, traveling, and working on our new house together!

I love Disney and go to any Disney park or cruise any chance I can.

Lastly, I love Broadway shows! I love to sing songs from Broadway and go to see the shows in person. I haven't been to New York to see a show yet, but its on my bucket list. I have traveled to San Francisco and LA to see shows that weren't in Utah.  I also dabble in acting and have been in several movies including High School Musical 3 and Hallmark's Sweet Pecan Summer!
