6th Grade Audition/Application Courses

Dance Company: Auditions: January 17th and 18th from 3:00-4:30 in room; must attend BOTH days. Comp prepared with a 1 minute dance showing off your best moves. See Ms. Kesner-Steinberg in E6 for more information.  Dance Company Video

Drama Company: Performance based class with required participation in the fall play and spring musical. This course also offers an equal focus on participating in acting exercises, understanding technical design and analyzing theatre history. Auditions: Wednesday, January 24th &  Thursday, January 25th, 2023. Drama Company auditions will be held in Room E2. (BOTH DAYS REQUIRED)

Spanish 2 Dual Language Immersion: 6th grade students continue their studies in Spanish with new strategies and techniques for learning a second language. The goal is to be ready to pass the AP exam with guarantees and to be proficient in reading, writing, listening and speaking. 

World Studies Dual Language Immersion 2 Spanish: 6th grade students learn in Spanish about the history of great civilizations and the processes of change throughout the centuries. They use the target language to research, design projects and write historical essays.
