Sports Teams
Sports with a * typically keep all athletes who are dedicated, attend all practices, and want to grow as an athlete.
Most of our sports offer off-season workouts. These are great opportunities to prepare for tryouts and competition. We encourage our athletes to keep physically fit by participating in multiple sports or off-season athletic workouts.
Students who are on school teams should consider taking the competitive athletics class. This is a year long athletic development class that focuses on developing the athletic and academic success of our athletes. It can be taken for a semester or a year. It is open to grades 9-12.
