Mr. Pope is a creative, curious, and confident teacher who loves helping students to discover what they can do and build new interests and abilities.
Generally, homework is only to read 20 minutes each night. Occasionally an extra homework assignment will be given, and this will be communicated over Class Dojo and the class newsletter.
If your student has misplaced their reading tracker, you can get a generic version of it here and fill in the dates for the week.
To the left you will see Woodstock's school-wide "decision tree," which tells teachers which decision to make when responding to student behavior. In the top box, we have the class expectations. The following flow chart shows what students can expect if they are or are not meeting expectations throughout the day.
