First Day of Adapted PE for secondary. Today we will learn our PE procedure and expectations - and of course we will get to move around a bit too

Check in
Find your name and move it from RED to GREEN.
Staff please help students succeed.

today that is heading to the stage steps to sit down and be ready for instructions.

if noodles are set out start Waka-noodle (Todays activity)
If scarves are set out start flag tag (Tomorrow's activity)
If obstacle course is set up, start obstacle course in counterclockwise direction.
if nothing is set up, start walking.
Weekly schedule
Monday and Tuesday in the big gym.
Wednesday in the small gym.
No name check in
Thursday bike day in big gym (unless it is a short week, or we have a Thursday assembly)

Reminders
Stage and curtain is off limits.
Signs by the door requesting bathroom breaks.
Watch all the doors. Especially the north doors.
Please let another staff know if you leave the gym, with or without a student.
No food in the gym.

seek shelter against inside wall, not under hoops or wall divider.

exit through northwest door.

Please walk three laps around the gym, then come sit on the floor facing the stage. I will get a short PBIS video ready about PE.

staff, please differentiate between intentional hit above belly button and students physical ability
Staff: you can nudge a student with a noodle on their should to encourage participation.
