Warm-up
Obstacle Course
Have students go counterclockwise around the gym while engaging in all the obstacles set up.
Balance beam, step over, up and down steps, step on boulders and spots, crawl through tunnel, jump, high five suspended balls, etc...

Main Activity
The objective is to keep a beach ball in the air as a group just using our hands. Hit the ball to each other using an open high five or low five motion. Depending on staff student ratio, this can be done as one big group, smaller groups, or even one on one. Have fun!
