I apologize for this weeks different schedule, and since we have a lot of teachers out of the building today I made this lesson plan so you can continue class without me if needed.
Warm-up
Waka noodle!
One noodle per student
You can hit anywhere below the belly button.
Have fun and encourage movement throughout the gym

Main Activity - Underhand throw
Have students stand behind the black line facing the wall with the projection on it.
If they stand closer to the wall, the will most likely get hit by a ball bouncing of the wall.
Balls will be behind the partition wall the hides the laptop.
Pick up one ball at a time throwing underhand at the moving targets on the wall.
Ball in dominant hand, by your side.
Swing arm back, then forward and release towards target.
Point at target with opposite hand.
Step with opposite foot towards target (Pointing foot)

If all the balls end up against the wall, gather them back behind the line and continue to throw.
