We’re excited to announce a new Employee Wellness Program launching this fall, running from September through December! As part of our continued commitment to your health and well-being, we’re offering two weekly activities: Walking and Yoga, available to all employees.
We’re excited to announce a new Employee Wellness Program launching this fall, running from September through December! As part of our continued commitment to your health and well-being, we’re offering two weekly activities: Walking and Yoga, available to all employees.
These sessions will be held at both Cottonwood High School and Granger High School, and will be led by designated employee coordinators at each location. Whether you're looking to stay active, relieve stress, or simply connect with coworkers, we encourage everyone to join in!

- Choose Your Activity- Decide whether you'd like to participate in Walking, Yoga, or both activities.

- Review the Schedule- Check the Wellness Program Calendar to see when each activity is offered at your selected location.

Comfortable and appropriate attire for the specific activity.

For yoga, bring our own mat, and for walking, wear comfortable shoes and clothes.
