Transcript Request

To a request a transcript you will need to give the following information:

• Full name at the time of Graduation

• Graduation Year and Semester (Fall or Spring)

• Date of Birth

• Social Security Number

You may request a transcript in the following ways:

• Telephone---817-408-4411 or 4450 (You need SSN, DOB, etc.)

• Fax a request----817-408-4164

• Email a request---- misty.walters@granburyisd.org

• Mail a request---STARS Academy, ATTN. Mrs. Walters, 305 N Hannaford Granbury, TX 76048

• Drop in and fill out a request

• Electronic Transcript---available currently with some limitations

Please give us at least 48 hours to fulfill your request.
