TRF - Tutorial Request Form

• We use these every Tuesday and Thursday for tutorials.

• We also have college tutors come to class and facilitate our tutorial groups.

• It is your responsibility to complete the TRF BEFORE class begins to get full credit. (4.0 GPA's do not have to complete a TRF)

• A reflection is required after presenting your POC or at the end of class.
