Reflection

In this section you will reflect on your personal and/or campus goals.

Campus goals are developed to reflect the goals of Granbury ISD.Your personal goals should reflect the goals of your campus.

for each goal you will answer two questions: what progress have you made, and what impact has this goal made?

for example: if your goal is to "challenge students to blog in effort to increase reading and writing scores," then your progress could be "we had ____ number of blog days and students made a minimum of ___ posts and were required to read and comment on _____ of their peer's blogs." you may also want to add an example of student work.

For impact you want to verbalize how your implemented goal has had a positive effect on your students. you may be able to show progress in terms of assessment scores, telpas scores, staar scores, show the increase in competency from before/after examples of student work.
